Who is Back to Basics Embroidery?
The History of Back to Basics Embroidery...
Cheryl Matheny is the owner of Back to Basics Embroidery® she started business in 2003 with 2 single head embroidery machines and herself as the only employee. She has grown from those 2 single head machines to 2 six head and 1 single head Tajima Embroidery machines with over 800 accounts. During that time of growth she also hired employees to help with the growth of the company and the work load to continue superior quality and customer service. In 2007 she decided it was time to expand again and this time added the ability to Digitally print on garments.
Well in the beginning of 2009 the economy is crashing down around us and daily businesses are closing. Back to Basics Embroidery® looked at that as an opportunity to grow again. They have added a laser and a unique printing process to print on round items, just not on one side but a complete rotation of the item. To understand the uniqueness of what they do take time and visit the services page as this will describe in more detail what services they offer and how they can help you with your needs.
Back to Basics Embroidery® prides themselves not only on meeting deadlines and quality of work but they also believe in the lost art of customer service. If you need to talk to someone you get a person on the phone to help you not a computer.
