Can I create my own design ?

Yes and we encourage custom designs. We do require you to follow a specific print
area and file type please refer to item #3 What type of photo or art do I send.

Does the image rub off?

No the image will not rub off as it has been coated with a top coating that is scratch resistant.
We do suggest handling the ornaments with care as there are custom made.

What type of photo or art do I send?

First the size of the print area is 1-1/4" x 7-3/8" this will make the art touch on
the ends so there will be a slight over lap. Do what ever you want in that area for
your design and we can print it (remember #8).

What type of art is acceptable?

Type of art you can upload "jpg","gif","bmp","pdf". For the best print send your
image in 300dpi we can print as low as 100dpi but higher is better.

Can we have more then one photo on the ornament?

Yes you can put as many photos on the ornament that will fit in the print area described above.

What is so different with Deskdecos ornaments then others?

First off you can get what is called spot printing that is where they will print on one spot of an item.
The other type is where they print on plastic and heat shrink it to the ornament.
Plus all the above ways have setup fees and minimums. In very few occasions do we have minimums or a setup fee.

Can you do a logo or an image?

Yes we can. Logos or images (not a photo) must be in .TIF, .BMP, .CDR, or EPS with a resolution no lower than 300 dpi. If you are interested in engraving your logo or an image please contact us.

What is your return policy?

Engraved items are not returnable unless WE make a mistake in spelling. We will spell the engraving exactly as you submit it with your order. Please double check your spelling!
